Currently my main competences include #Data management, #data governance #agile standardization and IT Technology. I am PhD in Open data with a doctor dissertation “Economic and social impact of open data in #Smartcities’ ecosystems’ which describes some of my interests. Focused on data-driven services ecosystems around data sources (i.e. in the Smart cities). I am curious person so other fields as 3D printing, open source, digital transformation, economic impact and collaborative economy are on my radar too. AI is getting in my interest’ list specially with this report about data sovereignty in AI algorithms. My last adventure recently started is about applying AI to green and sustainable investments.

With more than 25 years of professional experience most of them in private sector but I have been working for public sector too. Sales, operations management and strategy consulting are the areas of the organization I have been involved into.

Besides teaching at university, I use to be speaker at many conferences and IT events some of them at Tecnológico de Monterrey, WEGO (Russia), University of Luxembourg, I3 institute Torino, University Krems, Univerity of Paris, and many others around in Spain.
